How to modify the new Hasbro Marvel Legends: Family Matters Magneto. A quick guide on how to lower the helmet.
Below is the original out of box version.

It’s an easy fix. Firstly start by soaking the heads in boiled water to soften the plastic and glue. Then with pliers and fingers, carefully peel the helmet off. There is a lot of glue and big pegs; it may take a few reheats.

Once off, you’ll need to reheat the helmet only so that you can trim the pegs off from the inside. The best way is to carefully, kind of, turn the helmet inside out. Or at least enough to get a small pair of scissors or a sharp knife in.

Once these pegs are off, the helmet can be put back on and adjusted to sit lower.
If you prefer the Apocalypse wave Magneto, unmasked head, you could remove the hair and see if this fits.

Easy fix. Using acetone and a cotton bud, carefully remove the factory paint. Rinse with dish soap and water to remove any residue. Then using model paints, re-apply eyebrows and touch up eyes if needed.
