Visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
All items are tailor-made to order; due to the specific nature of the work involved, our items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
“In stock” means we have the resources to make the order but does not mean they are ready to ship. We will let you know once the item(s) are shipped.
We highly recommend handling these products with care due to their size, material and delicate nature. Avoid prolonged periods in direct sunlight, as this can cause colour fading. Fabrics have been pre-washed before production, but please be aware in very rare cases, colour transfer can occur.
We have made every effort to display colours and images of products that appear in the store as accurately as possible.
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time by simply updating this page.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of the Service/product, use of the service, any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without explicit written permission by us.
Scottacus Customs own all copyrights and intellectual property rights.
Order Lead Times
Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be completed and made. Working weeks are Monday–Friday (not including any UK public holidays).
*Please note: larger orders, coats, items that involve more work, and painted head kits, which take more time to produce — along with other outstanding orders — may result in a longer production time before dispatch.
Changes to orders need confirming before the production of item(s) has begun due to these items being made to order.
All orders go through quality control and inspection before shipping and are only shipped if we would be proud to have them in our own action figure collection.
Payment
We accept payment via PayPal at the time of placing the order.
All payment transactions are handled securely by PayPal. We do not have access to or store your credit/debit card information. Please review PayPal’s Privacy Policy for details on how your payment information is handled.
Modifications To The Products And Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
Cancellations
To cancel your order, contact us directly before your clothing has started to be made. Once we have started making your order, cancelling is not possible, and you will be liable for the total cost of the order.
Product Care & Customer Responsibility
Our products are handcrafted and delicate in nature. Customers are responsible for properly caring for their items. Instructions will be provided where necessary. Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or cleaning is not covered by us.
Limitation of Liability
Scottacus Customs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the products purchased from us. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data.
You agree that your use of our products is at your sole risk. Products must be handled with care, as outlined in our usage guidelines. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.
