USA Orders Now Open – Important Shipping Update

Great news … we’re reopening orders to the USA!

We temporarily paused U.S. orders from 22nd August due to the withdrawal of the de minimis exemption, which came into effect on 29th August 2025. This pause allowed existing orders to reach their destinations smoothly while the international postage system adjusted to the new rules.

From 29th August, all shipments to the U.S. are subject to a 10% tariff and any applicable customs duties. These charges are required by the U.S. government and will be collected at checkout before your order ships.

These customs charges are now paid upfront via Royal Mail. Previously, customs would collect these fees upon arrival, and under the old de minimis rule, orders under $800 were duty-free. Unfortunately, that exemption no longer applies. By collecting fees upfront, we can ship your order smoothly and avoid unnecessary delays.

We want to be completely transparent: this tariff is not set by us, it’s a legal requirement for U.S. imports.
