Clarifying the Confusion About Unfilled Orders and Horror Stories

Over the past six months, I’ve had several customers reach out chasing missing or unfulfilled orders; only to realise they had actually placed those orders with Cosmic Capes, not me.

Because of this mix up, some people have wrongly attributed complaints and “horror stories” about missing or unfulfilled orders to Scottacus Customs instead of my competitor. Yes, we are both UK based soft goods makers, but that’s the only similarity. Sometimes these stories get shared online and spread, which can make the confusion worse. I want to make this clear:

Scottacus Customs has no affiliation with Cosmic Capes, and any negative stories about them are not about me.

The last contact I had with the owners of Cosmic Capes was asking them to remove copied sections of my website that they were using without permission. Since then, I’ve had no involvement with them at all.
